The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on 18 March that the newly appointed board of directors for Al-Waha Oil Company had assumed its duties following a handover ceremony organised by the NOC. This was attended by the acting NOC chairman, Masoud Suleiman, and members of the corporation’s oversight committee.
NOC decision No. 73 of 2025 appointed Mohamed Bashir Al-Hamrouni as the new chairman of management committee, which is in effect the board of directors. The decision also appointed Abdel-Ati Abdel-Jalil Al-Rafadi as a member of the managing committee.
