Mauritius Supreme Court lifts sanctions on OLA

|

Libya’s OLA Energy has resumed operations in Mauritius following a Supreme Court judgement there on 17 January lifting sanctions on the company imposed by the Mauritanian Financial Intelligence Unit.

According to a statement published on 21 January in the GNU’s Hakumitna site, the company described the judgement as crucial. It said that the ruling would enable it to operate without further restrictions, allowing it to continue managing its investments with full administrative and financial autonomy.
