The General Electricity Company (GECOL) announced yesterday, 10 January, that work on the project for the 220/66/11 kV Yefren power substation is proceeding to plan.
GECOL noted that the project had reached an advanced state of construction, following the completion of civil works.
GECOL said that the substation would contribute to significantly improving electricity supply in the Jebel Nafusa region and neighbouring areas.
